" The ComPAS Now Team " is comprised of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioners, Psychotherapists, Behavioral psychologists and IT Professionals. The People behind the team have years of expertise in the relevant area, and have put in years of research which made these online services possible.

Advisory Board

Dr. Richard McHugh

Dr. Richard McHugh (fondly called Dick) is one of the few in the world who has used NLP as the subject of his thesis for his Doctorate in USA. He had the unique privilege of being trained by the founding members of NLP - John Grinder, Richard Bandler, Leslie Cameron and Robert Dilts. He has attended several seminars conducted by internationally acclaimed experts. Having been trained in traditional as well as newer schools of psychotherapy in the US, he has shifted to NLP as a quicker and more effective way of dealing with various problems.

He has worked with diverse populations, conducting seminars in India and abroad for the past 25 years in NLP and Gestalt therapy. His 300 page book 'Mind with a Heart' is a detailed and practical guide on NLP tools and techniques that Dick has gathered over the years.

Prof. Jacob Raju

Prof. Jacob Raju is a Clinical Hypno-therapist registered with Indian Board of Alternative Medicines, a Certified Hypnosis Trainer with the California Hypnosis Institute.

As an NLP Master Practitioner he is trained under several NLP Masters like Richard P. Mc Hugh, US, Owen Fitzpatrick, Ireland, and Martin Shervington, UK. He is also a Psychotherapist, Counselor and a Silva Mind Control Graduate. He also holds an M.S. degree in Psychotherapy and Counseling. He took his M.A. degree in French Literature from Karnataka University, Dharward and a Diploma in Education from the University of Franche Compté, Besançon, France.

Prof. Jacob Raju took early retirement from his work as the Head of the Department of French at St. Joseph's College, Bangalore. He is now the Director of Bangalore Hypnosis Institute and works as a Behavioral Trainer and Coach to empower people.

As Founder Secretary to Bangalore Social Action Trust (BSA Trust) he publishes since 1996 the journal, Integral Liberation, a Quarterly Review for Justice, Development and Social Change.

Dr. Tony Sam George

Dr. Tony Sam George is a practising psychotherapist and is involved in training, research and clinical practice. He is currently the Head of Department of Psychology at Christ University, Bangalore - India.

Dr. Tony gained his doctoral degree in Psychiatric Social Work from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences, Bangalore and subsequently spent time directing and co-ordinating the Masters level training programmes in Counselling and Psychology at Bangalore.

He serves as Research guide to Doctoral candidates in Universities in India and abroad. He is a consultant to a number of Corporate agencies in Bangalore and delivers Employee Assistantship programmes through "About Time" - an independant consulting firm in Bangalore - India. His training focuses on using integrative models of counselling to understand client needs and works in supervisory positions for mental health professionals in India.

Dr. Tony is a founder Trustee of Kerygma - an organisation that works among urban youth, Ascension Hope foundation - an agency created to deliver mental health services to marginalised groups and Resurgent foundation - focusing on substance abuse and rehabilitation.

Dr. Mathew Pannathanath

Dr. Mathew Pannathanath is currently the Principal of Montfort College Bangalore - India. He was instrumental in instituting M.Sc. in Holistic Psychological Counselling (M.Sc-HPC) in Bangalore University as the first University course in Counselling in India. He now coordinates M.Sc. and Ph.D. programmes in Counselling and Clinical Psychology.

De La Salle University, Manila, Philippines, is his Alma Mater from where he graduated in Arts and then went on to do his Master of Science in Guidance and Counselling and later, his Doctorate in Counselling Psychology. He also has a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Central Polytechnic, Madras - India.

He has undergone varied training in PSI, (People Synergistically Involved), both Basic and Advanced, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnotherapy in Manila and California. He also underwent a Personality Training in Sydney. He has participated in several Educational Seminars in Israel, France and Italy.



ComPAS Now stands for Competency Profiling and Assessment Services. It is an online service for the Corporate, Employees and the General Public.

ComPAS Now helps corporate to identify and pickup the right candidates to perform jobs and thereby increase productivity and efficiency of workforce.
